Conveyor system：

The conveyor chain is made of stainless steel，conveyor motor is made in Korea.

Spraying system：

Adopt constant-voltage automatic supply system，moving nozzle is driven by step motor，start point and end point is set automatically according to PCB width and length. Flux-spraying volume control is set automatically. alarm will be on when the flux is in a low level. Reasonable flux recycle system, will not pollute preheating zones, PCB ,and production space.；with flow meter inside；

Exhausting system：

There are filtering and exhausting devices in top side and bottom two sides. Back side is the second filtering device；

Finger-cleaning system：

Double-sides to clean the fingers, with self-suck pump to get the flux automatically.
