Through the phase modulation of full shade, we can provide a high detection resolution (0.37um), 4-8 times sampling ensures high repeatability. Perfect detection performances can be reached with high precision screw and guide rail.

Using of synchronization structure light perfectly solves the shaded affect in solder paste inspection. Using a dimensional RGB light source in combination with high contrast we are able to perfectly work with any substrate.
